Cinema and Television Arts Faculty Member Publishes ‘Ironix’
Cinema and Television Arts faculty member Grant Robbin’s was published this summer through Nouveau Press. Ironix is a “collection of mind-bending, satiric images that take you down a haunting, perilous road to the apocalypse.” It has garnered positive reviews from readers since its publication.
Robbin, who teaches Screen Writing II at Columbia, says his book is a “clarion cry for awareness and action regarding the ever-encroaching, interrelated issues that threaten our survival.” Robbin is also working on two screenplays, Hemingway and His Women, a unique take on the writer’s life and death, and Strangers in Paris, a romantic drama for which he also composed the theme song.
